Texting terms
ZenPraxion · appointment texts from medical practices
ZenPraxion is a practice-management system used by medical practices. When a practice that uses ZenPraxion texts you, these terms apply.
What you receive
Appointment reminders and confirmations, links to the practice's intake forms, links to pay a balance, and replies to messages you send the practice. Every text carries the practice's name. Practices do not send marketing texts through ZenPraxion.
How you opted in
You agreed to texts on the practice's intake form, by ticking "Yes, you may text me" and signing the consent to text messages, or in person at the practice's front desk, where the staff recorded your consent in your record. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.

How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to end texts from that practice. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for the practice's name and phone number.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your appointments, typically a few texts per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who sends them
Texts are sent on each practice's behalf by ZenPraxion, made by Axiom Digital, a trade name of Axiom Financial Group LLC. Questions about a text go to the practice named in it; questions about the service go to [email protected].
Effective October 21, 2026.
