The schedule, the chart, the note, the claim, the messages and the money, in one calm place. Each practice at its own address, with its own data, defined by its own people.
A practice day
Not a bundle of modules. One record of the patient and the visit, and each person sees the part of it that is theirs.
Providers, rooms and hours as the practice runs them. Check-in, rooming and Done move the patient across a board; intake, consents and what is owed are flagged before anyone walks in.
The note stays pinned beside the chart while the physician moves through it. Templates by visit type, diagnoses and procedures in two taps, vitals by the medical assistant, a signature that locks it.
Signing builds the claim: lines, diagnosis pointers, fees from the practice's own schedule, then the checks. Billing sees what is ready, what to fix and why, and the state forms filled.
Confirmations, reminders, intake links and pay links by text or email, with consent recorded and STOP honored. Every message the practice sent, and what became of it, on the chart.
Self-pay and the patient's share on every claim, balances and statements, receipts at the desk, and a link the patient pays on their phone by card, bank account, Link or PayPal.
Each practice's own instance, on its own data, inside the roles the practice set. She sweeps the day for what is missing and answers the staff in plain words; everything she does is on the record.
How a practice comes on
A practice is not configured by a vendor. It is defined by its own people, with our help, from a rules pack for its specialty and state.
Your legal name, specialty, how you are paid, your people, rooms, hours, codes and fees, insurers and templates. We sit with you; it takes an afternoon.
A readiness checklist walks the owner and the office manager through every area. Nothing opens until the practice has accepted its own rules. Migration from the current system and training along the way.
yourpractice.zenpraxion.com, your data in its own schema, your staff signing in with a one-time code. Support from the people who built it, during your hours.
Built for medical practices
The practice is the covered entity and owns its data. Axiom Digital is its business associate under a signed agreement, and uses the data only to provide the service.
Plans
Priced per physician, so the front desk, the medical assistants, the therapists and billing all work in it at no extra cost. We quote for your practice after the demo.
The first practices on ZenPraxion help shape it and are priced accordingly, with the rate fixed for the term. Ask us.
Not included: clearinghouse, payer and texting carrier fees, which the practice pays those providers directly.
Request a demo
Tell us a little about the practice and we will set up a walkthrough with your visit types, your codes and your insurers. No slides.
